This Grundtvig Life Long Learning EU funded project gathers partners from Italy, Austria, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Greece, Portugal and Poland. 

The aims of the two year project include:

• To improve communication within organisations to foster the effective development of working processes 
• To improve the external communication networking processes in order to foster best practice exchange with other countries and to cultivate intercultural awareness
• To develop a training course on internal and external communication for managers to foster their communication and team building skills and to improve the quality of their courses and services marketed. 

Short term target groups include managers in all types of organisations. 

Long term beneficiaries will be trainers and participants in training courses run by them.  Trainers and staff will benefit from a more satisfying, efficient and human orientated working environment.  Participants in courses will benefit from the increased quality of course content, structure and delivery. 

Activities include:

• The development of a website
• Needs analysis
• Training curriculum and training manual development
• Testing of two training courses in Italy and Portugal
• Final conference in Austria

The next partner meeting for this project will be in Agrinio, Greece 9th - 12th December 2009.
