The SET training course was developed and adapted through a number of activities involving trainers in the area of entrepreneurship over a two year period. Activities included the following:
- Needs analysis via structured questionnaires
- Expert Evaluation from trainers in the area of entrepreneurship.

- Pilot testing of SET course contents in Estonia
- G3 course testing of the SET course contents in Italy
These activities ensured that the end user of the training course (trainers in the area of entrepreneurship) were involved in all stages of course contents development so that our final course matches their needs and wants. Using feedback and input from across the 10 partner countries ensured that the European dimension of the SET project.
